Today Patara was successfully funded at 296% of our original goal!! We really appreciate all those who are excited about our project and helped us get to this point. We were always confident in our brand, but with your help this has really exceeded our expectations!!
Boom!
Kickstarter takes two weeks to process credit cards. If there is a problem with your card information you will receive a notice from Kickstarter giving you a week to fix it. Please make sure you do this to ensure you receive your shoes!
You will soon receive a survey from BackerKit asking which color and size shoes you would like. Please keep an eye out and be ready to complete the survey as soon as you can.

FAQ
When will you receive the survey? You will receive your survey within one week. So please keep an eye out for it!
How do you know which size to pick? Scroll down on this update and you will see all of our sizing details. Please read this carefully and don't be afraid to ask any questions as this will help us avoid returns.
What will the survey email look like? The survey will be sent by BackerKit. Their email will link to their website for you to complete the survey.
What is important about the survey? The survey is the most important because it's where you choose your shoe style, color, size and tell us where to ship your Pataras!
How fast do you have to complete the survey? The sooner you get it done, the earlier you get your shoes! You should be able to comfortably complete the survey in a minute or two, so it would be great if you can complete it the day it's sent.

***Sizes in the survey will be US sizing. Please check the size chart below for your approximate EU & UK size. These shoes will break in a little.****
How Patara sizes run: Pataras run true to size. Our Seeker Slip On runs a little smaller.
Please note: Our Seeker Slip On uses a slightly narrower last for a snug, barefoot fit so If you don't have wide feet, select the size that you normally wear. If you have wide feet or like a little more room with the Seeker Slip On please size up one. When in doubt, size up.
If you wear a half size: If you wear a half size, round up to the next size. For example, if you wear US 8.5, your best fit is likely an 9.
If you have wide feet: If you have wide feet, we suggest buying an entire size up. For example, if you typically wear 8, you should probably get an 9.
If you have wide feet and wear a half size: If you have wide feet and wear a half size, you should round up 1.5 sizes. For example, if you wear 7.5 and have wide feet, we suggest ordering size 9.
If you wear a number of different sizes: If, for example, you wear an 7 in some brands and 8 in others and don't know which one to base your size off of, you should probably go with the larger size 8.
***International Customers***
We understand mistakes with sizing and possible and we will do our best to exchange any pair of Pataras in good faith that you send back to us. Due to the fact our margins are tight we will not be able to pay for shipping expenses for any returns on international orders. All buyers will also be responsible for any import duties on international orders.

We just passed $60,000 and are beyond excited we have gotten this far. During our campaign we try to take into consideration all the feedback from the Kickstarter community and backers we receive. We are doing our best to try to listen to what you the backers want and be a better brand going forward.
We can not wait to start shipping the shoes in April!
We know we only have 3 days left but based on what have heard we wanted to try and reach $70,000 that way we could add a Unisex Blue Suede Seeker and open up the Taj Blue Fabric to Women's Seeker sizes!
